COMPREHENSIVE WELL DIAGNOSTICS
Diagnostics of formation-well-pump system for oil-producing wells of mechanized stock is carried out to determine the current state of the well equipment and to further optimize the system.
The following types of field operations are carried out during the diagnostics:
- Dynamometriy with valve test;
- Dynamic level measurement (calculation of P, .6);
- Measurement of annular pressure;
- Measurement of buffer and linear pressure;
- Pressure testing of pump, tubing elevator and wellhead valves;
- Sampling of the wellhead;
- Recording of level recovery (mini level build-up curve); Recording of mode recovery (mini CUU); measurement of fluid output
- The inflow from the formation and the unit capacity are calculated based on the results of mini level build-up curve, mini CUU and dynamometry.
Operation results are as follows:
- Diagnostics of pump and well equipment operation;
- Analytical processing of mini level build-up curve;
- Selection of downhole pumping equipment (based on the received data of the performed studies on diagnostics of sucker rod pumping unit using Avtotechnolog software package and application of methods of calculation of V.G. Gorn, G.I.Bogomolny, I.T. Mischenko), etc.
